Ron is serial entrepreneur who founded RFS, Inc. in 2003 to specialize in facility maintenance and repair services with a highly accomplished team of professionals. In a former life, he built space shuttles for NASA as a quality control engineer. As a licensed building contractor for over 30 years, Ron is a career facilities contractor well-versed in the peculiar needs of the multiple-location restaurant and senior living facilities manager. He has an undergraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a MBA from Tampa College. Ron is the proud grandfather of seven and can often be found on the slopes or under the hood of an old car.

Don Turner’s professional mission is to lighten the load of operations managers by providing expert facilities service. A mechanical mind and a student of process by nature- Don, a.k.a. "The Professor", cut his teeth opening new stores at International Dairy Queen (IDQ). Since then, he has invested three decades of facilities management experience at over twenty concepts- including quick serve, casual dining, and specialty dining establishments such as Houlihan’s, Uno’s, and the Darden, Inc. portfolio of restaurants. His accomplishments in managerial roles for Darden, Inc. have garnered industry acclaim as the recipient of the RFMA Lifetime Achievement Award, the Darden Pillar Award, and the Darden Brilliance Award.
